How Do I Download My Files?

These printables are super easy to download! Here are some instructions to help you.

When you purchase a digital product you will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

 After you click the link, you have 24 hours to download the product before the link expires.

***Mobile devices such as phones and iPads, do not allow for downloading through a link. We highly recommend downloading to a computer.

How Do I Unzip a ZIP File?

Save the file to your computer. Open the file and press "extract" > "extract all". A new file will be created on your computer and you can then access all of your printables. Add the file onto Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox to access the files on your phone.

If you can’t find the file once it’s downloaded, look under downloads in your My Computer or search the file on your computer. If you still can't find it, redownload the file and press "Save As' and then specifically choose where you want your file to go.


What Is Your Refund Policy?

Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final. No refunds.


What Is The Best Way To Print My Wall Art?

The final look of the artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and either the paper or cardstock that you choose.

We recommend printing with high quality paper, such as cardstock.

You can print at home, through print shop, or online service such as Vista Print, Shutterfly, and Snapfish. Unlimited amount of copies can be made.

Your purchase is strictly for non-commercial, personal use only. You can not resell, reproduce, distribute by electronic means or profit in any way from the design.

How long will it take to receive my order?

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Normal processing time is 7-10 business days plus shipping.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Get your digital download instantly!!!

How do your shirt sizes run?

Our shirts are unisex, which means they run a little larger.

ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases. Please see the product description and size chart for each item.

What are the care instructions?

Keep your shirt looking amazing by washing it inside out in cold water, air dry or tumble dry low.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders begin processing immediately after the order is placed.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: We can not cancel orders once they have been placed. These are custom made items.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: We can not cancel digital orders because of the nature of this product.

Can I return my order?

Each item is made just for you!!! Please refer to the size chart for the perfect fit.

We do not process refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If you do encounter an issue please do not hesitate to reach out to use at contact@anchoredlifestyle.com

My order got lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are sorry this happened to you. Contact USPS/ your local post office with your tracking information to see if they can be of any assistance.

AnchoredLifestyle is not responsible for any items lost, misplaced, or mishandled during delivery.

We can not replace items sent to the wrong address, so make sure your address is correct at checkout.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do, if you have an idea for a verse or phrase email us and lets chat and see if we can make it happen.
